Who We Are

Our Services

We provide professional drone services including photogrammetry, aerial inspections, cinematography, and mapping. All services are subject to weather conditions, airspace regulations, and safety requirements. We'll always do our best to deliver great results while prioritizing safety and legal compliance.

Booking & Payment

Here's how it works:

• • 50% deposit secures your booking
• • Remaining balance due within 30 days after we deliver
• • If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled date, a 30% fee applies to cover our preparation costs

We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Serbian law.

Weather & Rescheduling

Safety first! If weather conditions aren't suitable (rain, high winds, poor visibility), we'll reschedule at no extra charge. We'll work with you to find a new date that works for both of us.

What We Need From You

To help us deliver the best results:

• • Provide accurate project details and site information
• • Ensure we have permission to fly at the location (if it's private property)
• • Let us know about any site hazards or safety concerns
• • Use the deliverables responsibly and as agreed

Deliverables & Timeline

We'll provide your data in the agreed format, typically within 3-7 business days depending on project complexity. Need it faster? Rush services are available for an additional fee. Deliverables are released once payment is complete.

Usage Rights

Once you've paid in full, you can use the deliverables for your business purposes (internal use, presentations, regulatory submissions, marketing, etc.). We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise.

If you need exclusive rights or have special requirements, just let us know and we can arrange that.

Liability & Insurance

We carry professional liability insurance as required by Serbian aviation law. We'll always work professionally and carefully, but please note:

• • We're responsible for our work quality and any direct damages we cause through our negligence
• • You're responsible for how you use our deliverables and any decisions based on them
• • Accuracy depends on conditions like weather, equipment, and site characteristics. Our work does not in any way substitute a licensed surveyor's work and as such is done.

We strive for sub-centimeter accuracy in photogrammetry with proper ground control, but exact results vary by project.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We keep your project details confidential. If you need a formal non-disclosure agreement, we're happy to sign one. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal data.

Resolving Issues

If anything goes wrong, let's talk it through first. We're committed to making things right. These terms are governed by Serbian law. For business clients, disputes can be resolved through arbitration in Belgrade. Consumer clients always retain their right to use Serbian courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Changes will be posted here with a new date. If you continue working with us after changes are posted, that means you accept the updated terms.
